My sister and I

A poem by Hailey Hallow | 11/12/2008

My sister and I play tennis,
But that does not make us the fittest.
Sometimes we argue and fuss but
Our love remains like the unbreakable Earth's
Crust.

My sister and I run long,
And carry on,
Untill the end of dawn.

Morning awakes like a flower beaming out into
The glistening sun. My sister and I run
Until the day gone.

Another day passes, but one will soon start
My sister and I will be ready with open minds
And loving hearts.
