Would everyone please stop talking
and yammering about the vote?
Stop deciding and analyzing
every word that they've spoke?
Stop telling us who's ahead so far,
and who's starting to fall back,
Stop speaking to us about the polls,
the lines and the signs and all that!
Please, I'm gonna be sick!
I already feel so ill,
each time they say one of their names,
And what state's red or what state is blue
I'm going insane,
from all the campaigns
I'm going insane it's true!
I don't want to hear about liberals,
maderates and conservatives
Give to me some mindless TV
And let's forget about this!
The voters, whether they're liberal,
Moderate or conservative

I am 13 also and want to get involved in writing poems. I have done a few but not as well as you! You are very creative and I love that. I am also sick of the campain and all that crap! uh, well the vote is deciding whos gonna be partly in control (plus the other people who help make decisions) of our country! and that can effect our parents, and grandparents! like if it became socialist (u may or maynot know what that means.)

Hey, people, I know the vote is important. I just am sick of hearing about it 24/7. Yes, we should fin dout all we can about our candidates, etc. But do we seriously need to talk about it every other sentence? Please. I have my sanity to consider. Or what's left of it. That's all I'm saying with this:
