Fill me with enthusiasm, Lord, till I overflow
Take me, break me, love me, don’t let me go
Hold me cupped in your Almighty hands
God of heaven, God of all lands
Fill me with joy, Lord, forever more
Through sunny times and troubles sore
Touch me, Jesus, break these earthly chains
That I may dance and soak in this heavenly rain
Jehovah Jireh, Supreme Creator of everything
To whom the trees will dance and rocks will sing
My flesh will wither, and even time can rot
Compared to you, my Savior, who forsakes me not
Through good moments and evil times, my Everlasting King
Soon the hills with praise to you may they ring
My brother, my Lord, my dearest closest friend
My first Lover, my Father, to you all things bend
Help me, Lord, in my earthly task
Bless all my thoughts and prayers I ask
But always your will, not ever mine
But the forever, unending, Almighty Thine
I wrote this at Camp Barnabas, a camp for disabled kids that I volunteered at. It just kinda came to me as I was writing in my journal, and I effortlessly wrote it down. Like God took my hand and guided it into writing the right words. I've never experienced anything quite like it before!

Hey Heather, I got up this morning and me and my Dad read this and it's message just blew my mind.

I love it! The sentiment reminds me of when I've hiked to the top of the mountian behind our house and sit there looking out for miles and miles over the valley. :)
Hey, I found your stuff!
This is really cool Heather. It is an amazing, powerful prayer to an AMAZING God. Love it.
