Lady Moon

A Poem By little woman // 11/13/2011

She moves across the sky,

silken sails billowing with light

          bright ivory next to midnight.

Stars all around,

dancing though the dark

life radiating from each little spark.

Mysteries revealed,

if just for a while

hiding within the Moon's secret smile.

Liked your poem.

The moon has always seemed very feminine to me. I don't get why poeple say '' man in the moon.''

Goodbye? Oh no, please. Can’t we just go back to page one and start all over again?” – Winnie The Pooh

Saw it so well...

...especially:

"silken sails billowing with light

bright ivory next to midnight."

...which just illuminated my whole brain with light!!
